between these 3, i'd choose kenobi.
he has learnt so much from being a padawan. and he is a great jedi.

There is one question that I am not too sure if it was answered, was Anakin the one who brought balance to the forceor is it Luke?

It was Anakin. As Darth Vader he brought balance to the Force by destroying Emperor Palpatine as wel as redeeming himself from the Dark Side

Obi-Wan Kenobi, cause he gets to do all the cool 
stuffs in the movies (like besting Maul, Grievous & Anakin) & say some pretty neat lines - "You were the chosen One!" Also b'cos Ewan is perhaps the best SW actor (aside frm Harrison & Ian)
