Also heard from Sev-like that commander Pauldrons and Kamas are pretty hard to get accepted into the 501st... what can be done, then, if I wanna costume as Deviss?

well i would assume quite a number of us grew up with IV V VI and it's still the start of it all..

Too right, vode... The original trilogy characters form the main bulk of the 501st anyway..without them, there probably won't be the 501st...

Hmm... but in the Clone Wars there already was the 501st... reckon that the Clone Wars-era armor is easier to be accepted?

@ Deviss: BTW, a very belated welcome from me! xD Sorry for the very late welcome, I had many things to catch up with after promos...

ehh...vod, i meant the 501st legion...the real life one.. Clone armors are just too demanding...seamless and a lot of parts, not to mention the correct shade of color and pattern.. TKs are way easier. fewer parts, no "seamless" rules and definitely no paint to worry about..

I know it's the real-life one xD

Just thought that convenience and comfort aisde, the looks are pretty good. (also because one of my friends cracked about how white armor will stand out if you get a food stain LOL)

Well, i don't suppose the "laksa-down-the-chest-plate" look is quite acceptable..

Sorry, vod...misunderstood..

I see someone else has just recovered from the promo disease too. I just happened to join right after finishing mine. What JC are you in?

And yes, thanks for the welcome. (That sounded weird.)

Mine is due for handing in next Monday, so I'm spending quite a bit of time with that instead.
