hey guys!! hello

just like everyone of u here in this forum... im a tru blu star wars fan..
woohoooo

at 4 years old..with a mind tat is barely able to discern between fairy tale & reality..my consciousness was thrown into a star wars universe within the confines of odean theatre..with the explosion of the death star.. yavin became as real as yeo chu kang...and the rest is as u would all know and understand...wahahah

since than it has been a journey.. of hanging on to a faith.. of holding out against those who think im mad .. that droids and sabers are kid's stuff and nothing more than hokey pokey mumbo jumbo...

in school.. convinced my sane buddies to make costumes and go to the ball as star wars characters...whahahahahah.. our table entry appeared in the 10th anniversary edition of the STAR WARS INSIDER..was the proudest moment of my life!!

and so the faith grew.. and the courage and skin grew progessively thicker.. continue to wear helmets and carry sabers into cinemas until at 30.. man.. i must have outdone myself when i trudged thru a freakking crowded lido lobby in a full jedi outfit..

i look back now.. with no regrets =)
will share images and photos.. once i get the knack of operating the uploading features.

hey guys!! :D
after the rose parade.. i was surfing for info for singaporean participants..man.. i am so freaking proud of u chaps for heading out there !!! and when i saw the images of the singapore flag...i swear. i almost teared :cry:

i have been trying to locate a local support group.. have been moving around alone doing my bit for SW.. but it has been a lonely walk.. :(

when i went for the DOND shoot.. i havent chanced upon this forum yet..anyway.. when i said jedi dont exist in singapore. hahah. i meant the religion.. not the group. had though at that time. i really didnt know of this awesome group!! :D

i was wondering if i should put on the helmet and do the impersonation and all.. then when i was up on the stand.. something just told me.. hey.. im on.. lets have some fun! :lol:

will def try to pop by cosplay to check u all out.. happened to be passing by last year... and wooohooo.. what a show man!

as for costuming.. i have hung up my saber already..my anakin jedi outfit's in a display niche at home... dont know if i will put it on again..tink im retiring from the costuming scene.. :D

register at photobucket.com , upload ur pictures there, and for every picture, there r "URL Link" "HTML Tag" "IMG Code". just copy everythin in "IMG Code" part, and paste it when u r goin to post somethin here. hope it helps and we love to see pictures.... :twisted:
