well he's cool and mean. he doesnt talk much and means business. a superb killing machine. however i felt that there's not enough depth to his character (even in the EU), which is kinda wasted cause he's got lots of potential

yeah. he's like so relaxed and cool. and his acrobatic skills make him look even cooler.. and of course,his litesaber,a bloody classic in the star wars films... too bad lucas didnt make his fight scene last as long as the fight between obi wan and ani

Among all those listed there... I guess I'm pretty biased... I'd go with Darth Maul... his lightsaber fight scenes really stand out in my head, and I'm all for a good lightsaber duel anyday!

Speaks very little? Thats becos he is STUPID.He lacks vocabulary. During the epi 1 duel, he didnt even bother to do wad all sith does, which is to make the other party feel doubt. All brawn and no brain! Which man wud put on heavy 'make up' like he does?

This is blasphemous... How can vader be half as liked as this fancy smancy clown faced sith who s number one item in his birthday wish list is a freaking TOOTHBRUSH!!.

And i doubt this sith can do a head stand with his horns. (i dun know why dat matters but wth)

Our horny Darth Maul (i mean horny in terms of many horns)... he seems not qualified to be a sith leh. I agree to darthyazid, all brawns and no brains... My friend once told me that sith are always human at the Darth bane lagacy... so darth maul happen to be extra...

We dont know that yet... since the details of Darth Bane's philosophy is still under wraps. Though it's possible considering that both Bane & Sidious are humans, and the latter's disdain towards alien species. But i have to agree that Darth Maul does seem a bit of an oddball. Unlike other Sith apprentices, Maul has no intention of overthrowing his Master. And Sidious considers him nothing more than a minion the way Dooku considers Sora Bulq and Asajj Ventress..

I have to agree with that. The fact that many people were discussing why Darth Maul seemed to have no intention of taking over the master, which is a common practice among the siths. Perhaps he never show out his true intentions that maybe he wanted to overtake Palpy?
