Assembled parts:

Finished with gun metal spray version (only as example)

Weathered version (only as example)

-Hollow parts include trigger box, Hengslter box, barrel & magazine.
Having enough hollow parts for virtually any number of electronic
setup from simple led action to advanced audio boards with enough
room to spread your wires...

-Featuring a removable magazine which is held in place using super
strong magnets you will be able to get some action going in events
instead of having a static prop in your hands...

-A see-through scope will add to the effect and you will also get a
selection of 4 reticules to chose from. I will throw in a custom
print of your ID Number for the Hengstler box should you decide to
use it there. I will also give you a 3" vinyl logo of the Empire in
vinyl to slap on your carry case or on your car along with a few
sets of your ID Number should you want to make yourself a display.

-This kit as been made for novice to experimented kit builder. The
novice will have fun assembling this kit made of plastic which is
easy to work using simple hand tools and Craze Glue. You won't
need a full fledge workshop to assemble and finish this kit. And
nothing you can do will ruin your project, provided you don't
melt it down of course.

-The experimented builder will find a kit that will permit implementing
electronic kits straight from the box with very little work needed to
achieve the perfect look either to accessories your armor or as a
weathered piece on display.

-Made from impact resistance plastic this is, as of yet, the sturdiest
kit ever offered. While trooping you'll have peace of mind. Here is
why...
Most resin used to make props have this particularity while setting,
they set in layers or strats. I won't go into the physics of it but
commune resin to brake as many small pieces. But plastic, it's just
one big giant molecule. And this plastic can absorb quite some shock
before breaking. After doing a few drop tests most of the time parts
would unglue making reappearing easy and simple with no touch ups. With
a little bit of Krazy Glue you can easily repair your blaster and
keep on trooping. When plastic brakes it snaps in clean nice edges
making repairs almost invisible. A happy trooper is a fun trooper."

Keep on trooping!

my 1st EE-3 (resin) has a hollow part in the barrel and it didn't have to go to A&E for clearance...i think the most important thing that can pass is the moving parts of the blaster (eg trigger)...if it can move, most likely it wont pass

Those toy M16s and other toy guns sold at Tai Seng are hollow as well but I don't see the police doing a crack-down on these. Maybe can get a cylindrical styrofoam and sandwich it inside the E-11. Heh.

So what's the concensus? Will these kits pass customs or not? Anybody interested? If so, the kit-maker is able to do some kits for us.

My take is it will most likely pass customs as it's in kit form. But is the concern whether the kit will be impounded by customs/A&E or whether the assembled blaster will pass inspections during events involving V-VIPs?

Then again, Hasbro blasters are 'hollow and allow for electronic parts' too.

They will for sure have a plastic feel to them.

So, anyone interested in doing a run?

It looks good and as it comes in kit form and will probably labled as model kit it should come in with no problem. I will be going in production of 20 Pipe blasters with full lights and electrics from Plecter Labs. Looking at this project as idea for part like the scope and counter which are hard to find or make.

Pipe blaster? Something similar to the PVC blasters that BBC (Blaster Builders' Club) offer?

I'm looking for a good source for the screen accurate scope and Counter mounting. Will be scratch building an E-11 after my A's .... Do you happen to sell just the scope itself? Thanks, bro :D

Yes I am building the one from the Blaster Builders club (20 in total)
I am also searching for scopes and Hentsler counters. They all need to be hollow so I can add the lights and sound effects.

That's interesting. I'm interested in one, depending on the price. Won't need the electronics though.

I'm not sure about the counters, but BBC does provide details on the scope. Maybe there's a way to hollow out the insides?
