Go to http://www.noisesingapore.com and check out the works showcased under IMAGES, WORDS, SOUNDS, MOBILE and SHOUT. Click on a thumbnail and the Artist Card pops up. To vote for this artist, simply key in the voter's name and email address, and submit the vote! Your friend may vote for as many artists as he/she likes, but each person can only vote for the same artist once.
