THE GALACTIC SENATE

For some weird reason some MP3 files on my iPod Classic keep skipping whenever I try to play them. My iPod automatically skips thru a few of these "unreadable" songs until it reaches a song that it can play. I tried reformatting my iPod and deleting and replacing the mp3 files but the same problem still keeps on occuring with these particular songs. All the other songs on my iPod can be played fine though it's just these few songs that can't be played for some reason. However, these "unreadable" songs work fine on my computer and on my iPhone... It's only my iPod Classic that can't seem to read them...
Anyone else encountered this problem with their iPods before?? Is it my iPod's problem or the song's problem?? If so, does anyone know how I could possibly fix it??
