personally i think the Spider Man series did a great job. Iron Man. Batman reboot series. The X-Men series. 300. Wathcmen. Superman I and II. From Hell. Hellboy series. Sin City. any more?

boring adaptations. Lee Ang's Hulk. Daredevil. Catwoman. Superman III and IV.

X3 was a letdown IMHO compared to the 1st 2. Was VERY disappointed by the way Dark Pheonix was protrayed.

But am looking forward to the next 2(?) spin-off. ;)

Another Comic-to-Movie adaption that is a flop will be Spawn. Think same goes with The Shadow (it was a comic right) and The Phantom?

TDK was good, but Christian Bale sounds like a Throat Cancer patient whenever he tries to do the 'Hur I have deep scary Batman voice hurr.'

V For Vendetta and Watchmen were a little disappointing. Some comics were just not meant to be adapted.

300 was awesome, so I'll excuse the cuts from the comic. >.<

Will have to disagree with the Spider-man movies though. 1 & 2 was good. But Spidey 3 was. total. crap. Venom, I'm looking at you.

bryan singer did a fairly good job with the 2 x-men movies, just too bad the studios and him never agreed on the 3rd one and he moved on to make a less successful superman returns. personally i find the superman sequel to the richard donner superman II pretty well done.

i think there was mixed reviews about the spawn movie, some like it some dont. heard todd mcfarlane is gonna make a spawn movie reboot, and will be directing the movie himself!

i liked the shadow comics but i think the movie was not well done and received, simply dont have the elements of the comics. the phantom i did not watched, it was on tv last week right? was it good? :D

I watched it..It should be made straight to video. Honestly, who paid to watch that show..the action squences were painful to watch  but its just my opinion haha.

Watchmen was alil draggy but Rorschach FTW  A pity about how he ended up (I didn't read the comic so it came as a shock)

Love all the Spidey and Batman flicks :) Been an avid comic book fan of both for many years but stopped. Both the shows manage to stir up the nostalgic feeling I felt all those years back, Peter Parker and his 'blur blur' persona and the dark and ever dangerous streets of gotham.

The Spider CG stunts are too fake. You can tell that they are mostly CG. Same with Hulk.

Never watched Punisher before. Both old and new movie. Is it good?

This might be off topic but I was just wondering. Is his cape the only part that is bullet proof? Or is it the entire suit?

the old one meaning dolph lundgren? that movie was real bad.
i enjoyed the newer one by thomas jane with john travolta as the villain.
punisher war zone was violent but ray stevenson marches around like a robot.

the hulk both old and new was lousy with their cg.
