Check this out. Just found a telnet link which runs an ascii version of the movie. It's not complete, but what the heck, it's a cool piece of work.

To watch, from windows:

1. Click on "Start", "Run" and type in the following in the test box:
telnet towel.blinkenlights.nl

2. In Linux or Mac, from a terminal, run:
telnet towel.blinkenlights.nl
