... Well the blackout was spooky lawl .
I was about to play HabboHotel when suddenly blackout . I thought my brother play a prank then go out the tv also off and my brother was like saying " Eh . My favourite show! "
So funny .
It spread all the way to a bubble tea shop at block 111 somewhere over there anyway .

Terroists?
Maybe ..
There's a construction site near my house about a few blocks away .. and so I think perhaps the construction crew may have drilled into some electrical cord wires and they didn't hear anything and so drilled further.

Not just St. 13, the whole of Woodlands area gets affected except the part starting from Fuchun CC. It happens at least 3 or 4 times a year, so I put flashlights where I can get to them easily. Seriously, I think the people responsible for maintaining power supplies never read any of the emails we sent regarding the blackouts, otherwise the problem would be fixed.

Thanks, Dranoel!
Another thing about blackouts... they always happen when you want to watch your fave TV show, play your fave video game or study. And it's always pitch black, so load up on the carrots (improves night vision) and keep a flashlight (with batteries of course) where you don't need to fumble with a key and drop it on the floor.

If we were in SW and we weren't Jedi or Sith, we would be using glowrods. But if we were clones, all we have to do is switch to night vision on our HUDs. I hate blackouts, not because I can't see a single thing, but because I'm missing my fave show that will never be re-broadcasted again. So guys, when the SW TV series comes out, let's hope blackouts stay away.
