Many carparks in that area (eg: Market Street multi-level carpark), but all are quite expensive in weekday (don't know abt weekend).

But u can try parking at the church next to city hall, join the sunday morning service, then walk over to CSC ... it's free. (jk)

I think there are also parking at Fook Hai building, Hong Lim and Chinatown (whatever) the two towers opposite People's Park Centre)

If you don't mind a bit of a walk, there's free parking (single yellow line) along the road just outside Tong Eng Building. That's on Cecil St, which has a Coffee Bean by the corner of the road. Junction of Cecil Street and Cross Street

There's also Market St carpark, which charges max of $20 per day on a weekday. Not so sure about weekends.

OUB used to have $3 parking on weekends (after 12pm on Sat).....

I paid over $38 in a day parking at Market St Carpark last month for attending a full-day meeting on a weekday  ... Don't park at Mkt St Carpark for too long, it's very very expensive - $4 per hour!
