more info gleaned frm the official site:

"Beehive" Paratrooper: He may forever be known as the "Beehive" trooper, but this brave soldier is actually from Parjai Squad, 2nd Airborne Company, out of Cody's 212th Attack Battalion. (The "2nd Company" designator is actually an homage to the real-life paratroopers of the British Army's 2nd Battalion Parachute Regiment.) His helmet is specially-equipped for high-altitude drops. The 2nd Airborne's kick-butt battle tactics in Sith, and his appearance on the Star Wars Insider #84 cover created an intense fan-demand for more information.

See how the 2 sith lords fight - with their rear leg! ... hmm, I wonder whether this is a standard Sith manoeuvre

Those clones are made at a different time. Different batch
After all these years, I still love Clones

I reckon it may take 10 yrs to clone an adult trooper? ... in sw2, all clones (adults & children) are still based on Jango Fett template, unless there is a 10 years gap between sw2 & sw3 ...

In Ep2 there were clones that were ready to fight, some in their teens ,some at young age and lastly some were still babies...
If this keeps going on.. It is possible

We get to see an army of clone with all different age gaps in each battlion. So it's like mixing newbies in a bunch of elderly. hmm.

Then the old ones would be phrased out... Simple as that.
