Shaak Ti apologises for failing the Jedi. Greivous says something about looking forward to adding Obi-Wan and Anakin's sabers to his collection.

Then he crouches down behind Shaak.

General Greivous: "STINKING JEDI!"

He plunges the saber through her chest.

Shocked, Obi-Wan and Anakin instantly ignite their sabers but are surrounded by battle droids.

I think so. I remember seeing this somewhere - like on the storyboards or something.

I suppose Shaak Ti was captured in the clone war animation & held prisoner by Grevious ever since. Got to see Part 2 clone wars to get the outcome

I think thiese 'cut scenes' were shot onboard Grievous' spacecruiser when Obi-Wan & Anakin went to rescure Palpatin.

Yes Shaak Ti was bound and left behind unharmed in the last episode of the Clone Wars, which could be the reason why these scenes were cut and replaced by scenes of Obi-Wan & Anakin being captured and brought before Grievous. Did Grievous said "STINKING JEDI!" to Anakin after Anakin insulted him by saying "You are shorter then I expected, General"?

but in the book i thought Anakin told shaak ti to 'get away from me' while he is trying to get out of the Jedi Temple to go to Palpatine's rescue?

Yup. And in a cut scene Anakin crept up behind Shaak Ti and stabbed her in her meditating chamber. This took place during the Jedi Temple assault

Count Dooku showed me these "deleted scenes" from the new Ep3 DVD ... Some cut scenes seems to be additional "alternate storyline" filmed upfront but never incorporated into main story.

Eg:
The cutting of the floor to fall into next level is actually showing in PS2 SW Ep3 Game ... 8)
May the Force Live Long & Prosper ...
