Why are the Wookies in Revenge of the Sith, SO big..? Chewbaka was never THAT big..Not even during his entire lifespan.

Wikipedia said Chewie was quite small for a Wookiee, but since it wasn't mentioned in the movies, it might not be canonical, so I can't really say for sure.

Think they do more workouts? After all, Chewie spent most of his life in Han Solo's Millenium Falcon sitting while his other Wookiee friends were on Kashyyyk (working out maybe)...?
