LATEST: ROTS breaks S$2.5 Million in Singapore

Lianhe Zaobao NOW reports that Star Wars Episode III broke the S$2.07 million mark from 18 May (Wed) to 22 May (Sun), and broke the 20th Century Fox Movies Weekend Opening Box-Office Record in Singapore.
In Singapore, Episode I The Phantom Menace made S$1.29 million for the 1st 5 days back in 1999 and S$1.75 million for Episode II: Attack of the Clones for the 1st 5 days in 2002.
Episode III brings in a record new for local box-office record.
And according to LATEST updates from 20th Century Singapore, Episode III has broke the S$2.5 million mark since 23 May (Monday).
This is indeed excellent news for all fans!
