Suggestion: For missing puzzles in ROTS, you'll get a better idea by reading the book. Am currently reading it and realized why some parts of the movie didn't make sense when watching it. Now I know some, like why in the movie Count Dooku looked suprised and terrified when Palpatine urged Anakin to finish him off.
