Paul, for the black corrugated hose you can try using those tubes call 'wire loom' which are used to organise wires together. Be careful when buying helmet on eBay. There are a lot of unscrupulous seller passing off low quality badly cast helmets as high grade items. A decent looking helmet on eBay can actually be horrible in condition when you receive it. Many have found this out the hard way. Best do your research proper...

Boba should be the most expensive, since the costume has the most parts. But if you can build some of the parts then can save a lot.

Vader can also be extreme expensive if get all the top notch 100% screen accurate hard parts and top quality material soft parts.
