any chance of successfully getting the Boba Fett's blaster 1:1 replica to singapore w/o detained by the customs ? if i apply for the permission from the police, r they goin to approve it ? In a word, 'NO'. But you can try and ship one in a few pieces at a time and assemble it when all of them arriv...

Yeah surprisingly the Canon EOS 30D still falls within the 'prosumer' category, just like its predecessor the 20D.

On the very high-end of the prosumer ladder I'm sure. Still way cheaper then the 3-4k (and above) pro SLRs.

Get a semi-pro SLR. They're still in the 'prosumer' category but one up from what you have been using. Here're some of my current favourite. Not sure if this is too late, but you can remove almost any glue or dirt on acrylic or plastic using lighter fluid; the kind you fill in the Zippo lighters.
