I just came back and I did go both days. Had fun, but was disappointed at how small the toy area was compared to the electronics and gaming areas. I have some photos of the event: http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash1/hs323.ash1/28308_404389527121_634852121_4076205_4714178_n.jpg http://sphotos...

I'm undecided as to whether to go today or tomorrow, I don't feel like going two days. The 501st Legion won't be there tomorrow, but the Terminator cosplayers will, and I want to catch both. Not a Street Fighter fan so I won't be there on Sunday. Will 501st Legion be there today?

It looks like a smaller event than last year's Toy Carnival @ SAM because I read that there are only 12 stands set up this year. Is that the case?

Thanks for posting, this is awesome! It's quite cool to see all the cast and George Lucas himself so young. Well, apart from Alec Guiness, but it's cool that he gave an interview even though he hated Star Wars so much.

Lego being expensive is something I've always grappled with. It was one of the reasons why I branched out to action figures, but Lego Star Wars has always been my first love, since I was nine. It's very unfortunate that it costs so much, even as the quality of the bricks begins to drop (as the quali...

^^That's true, I'm very grateful for Dad for allowing me to pursue Star Wars. He always says, "this is your inheritance. I'm not leaving you anything else" hahaha! Yeah, I never noticed that Yoda looks about to attack the Boba Fett statue behind me. Interesting observation! Zhengjiez, I'm not really...

The cave and the snowspeeder look very cool. The Wampa is a little cartoony though. Other than that, I'm really digging the Slave One and all the new minifigs. Also...AAYLA!!!! I will buy that clumsy-looking Clone Turbo Tank just for her!

Wow, a whole room for Star Wars? In space-challenged Singapore? Very very cool. I love the wall full of carded figures, I haven't the discipline nor the space to keep all my stuff carded, and more than half my figures I buy loose anyway. Still, wow. Just wow.

Loving those busts and statues! The wall-mounted display with the lighting is very impressive.

Even though I'm not as big on clones as most SG collectors, I like your lineup of them. The other Hasbro/Kenner figures look great too, if a little cramped in their display.

I really like your collection! I'm a fan of Leia, and Padme as well. Star Wars needs more central female characters-and I don't mean Ahsoka Tano. You must be so proud to own an autograph by Carrie Fisher! That would mean a lot to me.
