Hi Matt, welcome to the site. This figure will most likely be made. This picture is of a paintsample of the figure. I will have him in hand hopefully next weekend. If so then I'll be sure to post a couple more pics.

Hmm that's kinda messed up as the back of the package shows another imperial. I'm not suprised by it though. Why would hasbro want to keep giving us 5 figures in a battlepack when they can give us 4 and charge the same price

I think it has a lot to do with the large US website rebelscum posting a link to the captain rex mailin and legacy figure poster on their front page. I'll admit that's how I found out about this wonderful site!
