That 1:1 Jedi Starfighter should be the actual filming model. I would love to get some close-up pictures of that. Would be great for detailing my model-kit.

Most printers I know love to chew-up thick paper.

You can consider printing on normal A4 paper and just get those dimensions to draw on the various thick paper or styrene sheets, where appropriate, to get the structural support you need. Have fun.
