and

And the "Luke and Leia" track. Typical romantic melody: uplifting, joyous, sorrowful at the same time.

big & bad

something big and bad happens in Betrayal (i've got the book).

More about Vergere is revealed (shocking) and someone turns to the dark side.

besides that, allston's usual good humour is present in the otherwise serious book.

Legacy of Secrets

Picked this up in August 2003, felt Watson surpassed herself and did a super job here. Personally, I think its the best Star Wars book she has ever written. The stories flow and interconnect between four generations of Jedi and their Padawans, while the rogue/ally Lorian Nod acts as antagonist/ally ...

yeah

yeah to me he seemed more like a martyr of the war rather than an all-powerful Sith Lord. Seems like he needs more time to regain his powers....

Specter of the Past/Vision of the Future duology

back to topic. Favourite was The Hand of Thrawn duology by Timothy Zahn, as the story seems to flow very well and all the numerous subplots all interconnect so perfectly...each subplot, no matter how small, ultimately leads to the demise of the Flim/Disra/Tierce scam to destroy the New Republic.

Vader was quite disappointing...

didn't think it was very catchy...I have read all of Luceno's Star Wars novels, from his debut Agents of Chaos to the more recent Labyrinth of Evil. Needless to say, I purchased Rise of Darth Vader from Kinokuniya the week it was out. I felt that Luceno succeeded on expanding the character of Darth ...

Outbound Flight rox!

yeh read it...brilliant! Bought it on the 3rd day it was released and I didn't regret my choice one bit. This book is for all Star Wars fans, young or old, Zahn-fan or not. Read it three times already, the magic and suspense never seems to fade away. And according the theforce.net book release sched...

i thought jacen was ok in Dark Nest and was together with Tenel Ka in TUQ? And oh yes, Tenel was pregnant???!!??? Alema Rar was the unfortunate one that joined with the Dark Nest (the red colour insects) so she turned sort of 'evil' as her mind is dominated by the evil of Dark Nest. And luke seems t...
