Its the same-its called Star Wars Trilogy-Bonus Material:Documentary & Featurettes-its comes together in the box-set & also covers Trailers & TV spots of episode 4/5/6 & much more-total approx:236 minutes of it...... 8)

Yes,its available in the DVD Trilogy box set (silver box-widescreen edition)-the documentary disc comes with too :)
